Canary Wharf Service and how it works.

For those of you working or living up in town, it couldn't be easier if you are in the Canary Wharf area. Here is a step by step guide to getting your racquet serviced.

Call Anthony first on 07866 451557 to book in your racquet. This is when you can speak to the person who is actually going to string your racquet. (Calls are answered between 9am-6pm. Outside of these hours, please text or email info@localracquetstringer.co.uk).

• If you are unable to call first, please still feel free to still take in your racquet for collection.
• Take your racquet to our Canary Wharf office….

• Fill in a simple form at our reception. (Ask for the string "menu" if you need any help choosing your strings).
• Hand in your racquet and keep the receipt that you will need when collecting.
• You will receive a text confirming how much to pay online and when your racquet will be ready for collection.
• Return to collect your newly serviced racquet and start enjoying it!

Local Drop Off Points - how it works

• Take your racquet to your nearest listed Drop Off Point
• Browse the "menu" that lists the characteristics and prices of each string available
• You will find advice on string tensions etc
• Fill out the simple order form provided and make payment
• You will be advised when your racquet will be ready for collection*
